Delivery hours.Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday until 5pm for any commercial buildings and 7pm for any residential areas. If you would like to receive it at a specific time, please make a note on your online order or send an email to hello@odetoflowers.com During the peak seasons as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and the holiday seasons, please understand that the circumstances of the delivery may change due to the large volume of orders.

Where do you deliver?At this time, due to Covid-19, we offer local delivery only. We deliver in Toronto and GTA. (Delivery price may differ depending on the location. Click Here to check delivery fee)

How can I comfirm my delivery?When it’s successfully delivered, you will get a confirmation email or a text. Please check your junk mailbox, if you don’t see any emails from us.

What happen If the recipient is not available to receive the order?If recipient weren’t there to receive the delivery despite the notification call or text prior to the delivery, our courier will leave a message and send the picture of the product in front of your front door, weather permitting. If it is possible to drop it off with your neighbour, we would do so and send recipient a message. For any commercial buildings or condominiums, we would try to leave it with the concierge. If we can’t, we will bring it back to our studio and reschedule the delivery. You will be charged for the second delivery fee. Due to the condition of the flowers, we will not keep it for more than two days.
